The whole idea of this whole website is that it is the 'living' Parish Plan. It is the 'process' of producing the Plan and, after its approval by the people of Yateley, its publication and submission to the District Council, this website can still be continuously updated for the future.

The approved and published Yateley Parish Plan will thus be a snapshot of parts of this website on a particular day. It will be a relatively slim document.

This part of the website will bring together all the documents used in the preparation of the approved Parish Plan. The idea at the moment is to assemble here full electronic copies of all the reference documents so anyone can read them. This is a big job, but the Yateley Society has been doing this, for Yateley's historic documents covering 500 years, on its own website for five years.

This page is an index of the documents used. In effect we will try to make it a reference library for modern Yateley. It is up to YOU to keep it up to date.
